Family with children seeking cozy refuge

They had a wonderfully happy and very helpful staff, and felt like they really cared about us. I mean after being on the road for 22 hours we really needed a Nightcap to take The edge off and they delivered.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still somewhat acceptable.

The hotel was conveniently located just minutes from Cabela's, making it perfect for our family's outdoor gear needs. The breakfast spread was a hit with the kids, and the staff accommodatingly kept an eye on our rambunctious little ones while we enjoyed our meals.

My kids wished the pool was open later for evening swims. It would be great if family-friendly activities were available during our stay.

I was pleased to find a recently renovated space. The room was clean and included amenities, like a fridge and coffee maker. Every morning, a hot breakfast was served. The desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated that the room featured granite countertops, making it feel more modern. This made my experience enjoyable and felt like a good value for the money spent.

During my stay, I found the hotel beautifully decorated, with warm woodwork and pleasant common areas that were easy to navigate. The staff was very accommodating, ensuring I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit.

Better signage for senior accessibility would help.

Awesome amenities like a pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill area! Made burgers and had a great time relaxing.

The pool area and our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds were impressively clean throughout our stay in mid-2024. Staff members were friendly and readily available, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. However, the furniture in the rooms appeared outdated and not well-maintained, which detracted from the overall comfort. An unfortunate experience arose when additional charges were not handled efficiently by the front desk, adding frustration to the checkout process.

Totally recommend for a city break

Friendly staff, clean room, and great amenities made our stay enjoyable, especially the hot breakfast that was served every morning and the convenient indoor pool we loved to relax in after a day of exploring the area.

Comfortable Stay with Welcoming Staff

During my stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, I found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable and the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were diverse, featuring freshly made waffles and a variety of hot dishes, which made mornings enjoyable. I did notice some areas in the hotel, particularly the bathrooms, could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness.

The indoor pool was a delightful surprise! It was warm and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxing swim. The hot tub felt amazing after a busy day, like a soothing hug from an old friend.

Had a fab time trying the local eats, especially the salmon! The hotel had a warm pool to dip in after a long travel day and the complimentary breakfast was above average, pancakes and fresh fruit, oh my! Can't forget the comfy beds and plush pillows that made crashing after my culinary adventures a delight.

The hotel was super close to Cabela's and the Highlands Sports Complex, which made our days fun and easy. Check out the heated pool and hot tub. they really hit the spot after our adventures. Just a heads-up for future guests, be ready for a busy parking lot with trucks around.

One downside was the bathroom cleanliness. it could have used more attention. The towels were worn and the toilet wasn't clean, which was disappointing.
